You are being associated with the Shiv Sena party which has been fighting for the rights and issues of Marathi people for many decades in the politics of Maharashtra. The Shiv Sena was formed under the leadership of Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray, who was born out of the cohabitation of Marathi people in Maharashtra. Inspired by the views of Shiv Sena chief Shrimant Balasaheb Thackeray, I want to become the primary volunteer of Shivsena Party. I promise to be honest with the events, rules, and disciplines of Shivsena. Also I will abide by the order of the honorable Shivsena Party chief Shri. Uddhavji Thackeray and will continuously serve Shivsena under his guidance. I am not a volunteer of any other party. I am giving Rs 5/- as a subscription fee for the year 2019-2020 with this application.
